First time that I’ve worked.

it’s so tiringgggggggggggggggg. my legs have been sore beyond belief.

anyway I have such a big headache right now… took so advil and it’s getting better. Might go to PNE tomorrow to watch my sister and her dance crew perform. Is it really the last day tomorrow?

Glasses shopping with Thu..

Total of 7 hours and 3 malls. Guildford, Surrey Central, Metro and back to Guildford again.. Thu had to get her eyes checked and the place at Guildford was booked until Monday so we went to the place at S.C. The doctor was really nice and he did a handful of tests. We already looked at the glasses at guildford but she wanted to look at metro, believing that there was a wider selection. That was not the case. We… ate sushi and shopped aroundddddd and then back to Guildford we went.

Picked a pair of DG, but it couldn’t work for us.. Blah blah then stayed a pair of Vogue, saving her $70. Holy shit.. I never knew lenses cost so much! Way more than the frame itself most of the time. Grand totale: a wooping 350 WITH the 140$ discount and extra $20 the manager gave us cause she’s so awesome! (there was a special.. buy a pair of frames over 179.95 and get free lenses! — which was exactly how much the frames cost in our case..)The service at lenscrafter is greaaaaaaaaaaaat. I’m so going there once I need glasses.
P.S. I got hired at AWS! 3 days only though

AWS interview

@ the old Orpheum. Overall it went smoothly and A. was extremely friendly. Emails will go out tomorrow evening if I’m hired and “most likely I am” — according to A, herself.
I hope I get the job. I checked off all 5 days – the 28th to the 1st.

Possiblyyyyy going to land myself a job @ the AWS. Interview is on my bday @ 4:30. Might go eat, sci. world, etc. that day too. I don’t know yet. Since I don’t know when my training is.. I don’t know what days I could work for the AWS if I get hired.

I got my courses and guess what? They don’t need changing! It’s like the counsellors read my mind. How on EARTH did they know I was going to repeat math? How did they know that I didn’t want Info tech and planning in the same semester because they’re basically the same? that I didn’t finish my PE course? That my science course and math course should not be in the same semester or I would die during provincial day? So freakin’ awesome <3

Birthday is in the day after tomorrow. Wish me HBD Happy early birthday Vanna <3

I’m starting to hate wordpress due to the inability to customize. I hate it so much. The themes suck. The fonts suck. The layouts… suck. I’m going to edit my xanga and POSSIBLY go back there until I feel like switching back. I hate my username @ xanga though.

how to convert m4a to m4r on windows? (iphone ringtone)

here’s something I wrote on another site for making ringtones for your iphone:

using windows:

go to itunes and find the file you’d like as a ringtone. right click file > get info > options. find a part of the song you like, approx. 25-35 seconds or so and put in the time in: start time and end time. press ok and right click again > convert to AAC.

go to your music folder (it shuold be there) and find the itunes folder. Go to itunes music and you’ll have a file there. Rename the file from YOURFILENAME.m4a to YOURFILENAME.m4r. If it doesn’t work and a message doesn’t pop out saying that you’re changing the file extension, then:

Control panel > Appearance and themes > folder options > view > uncheck hide extensions for known types

rename file from: FILENAME.m4a to FILENAME.m4r

double click file and it should pop up in the ringtones section. sync your iphone and it should work.

medical clinic

So I went to this medical clinic… riverside I think it was. The DR. said I had dermatitis.. because of the waxing and/or sunscreen combo. He gave me a prescription. some sort of cream… When i put it on my face, my face stopped being red. My lips look dryer and nastier than ever though…. but I’m hoping that it’s working. WTF? I have 3 rashes. I never ever get rashes. One on my neck, one on my uppper right arm and another on the back of my left hand. I stopped scratching it so it doesn’t look gross anymore. According to Doctor, If I didn’t get any medicine, then it would automatically go away in about 10 days. With medicine it would take only 5. It has been a couple of days already… omg. It’s not serious *sigh of relief* though.

I want to go to sleep and and wake up as if it was just a terrible dream. That or wake up and have it disappear.

My grammar sucks today…… I can’t even think straight.

MY FACE..

is not getting any better. Well actually my face is. I put a ton of Vaseline on it yesterday and its not as bad as it was before. But my lips got better yesterday.. and today they’re humongous again. I’m going to the doctor to get it checked out…. this is not good.

THere’s like gross bumps on my lips.. it looks supppppppper dry too. I. Hate. This.

PLAYLAND!

Went yesterday on BC DAY with Thu and Janet. When we were bussing home, there were bumps and such, I felt so dizzy. I wanted to puke. =X I went on too many rides @_@. At least we didn’t pay full price for our tix! The food there is expensive… mmm cotton candy…mmm churros. Couldn’t resist. Oh yea. I saw Sajan too… wow haven’t seen him since the end of gr. 4! I’m glad he recognized me 8D

Aug 2 we went to see the Grand finale fireworks. Was it just me or was it SOOO lengthy? 35 minutes approx.

Today I had a mock final in class. I could barely do anything. I blanked out and left most of my prov that way. ACK Everything I wanted to accomplish this summer, I can’t. PE and math. I’m doing both of those during the school year… not good.

Also, after waxing I had to wipe my face with this oil wipe. The next day I put on sunscreen.. I guess that wasn’t a good mix and my face looks swollen now @_@. It’s not THAT BAD, but I can see bumps on my face when I look in the mirror. That’s why I had to wear my bandanna to school today X_X because it only affected the lower half of my face. I also had to put my hair down to cover it >_>. My mom wouldn’t let me wear my hood HAHA. AHHHH my face is SO ITCHY. My lips are super dry and humongous like nguoi tay den ZOMG!!!! I’m gonna die…
