IF YOU AIN’T GOT NO MONEY TAKE YOUR BROKE ASS HOME

June 17, 2009

I’m kidding *scroll down to last bit if you wanna see*

The grad commencement at my school was last week? I looked at pictures and I saw ~10 kids got to wear a yellow sash thing. That was my conclusion because there were only TOP students with it. Those kids standing next to the non-sash just looked lame. When I grad I WANT a sash. I will work hard hard hard and to try to be one of them. Check back here in 2 years time!

Paris by night 98 is in September @ las vegas. I’m hoping mom and dad will go……….. the tickets aren’t officially on sale yet, but there are hotel packages already with discounts by thuy nga. I don’t know why you’d book tickets and other shii before you buy your tickets if the show is your sole reason for going. Thus, I am waiting for ticket information so the folks can go and have fun. (sans enfants!) I told dad and he seems like he wants to go. It’s on a weekend… sat and sun. Sat they’re doing the filming for the DVD et al. I think mom and dad won’t go alone.. they’d ask their couple friends to come along too and it’s going to be a big mess becaues then they’d all scramble to buy tix ensemble and it’s hard bevause the headquarters are in LA. Tix don’t come out 2 months before show apparently so I’m waiting till the end of july. $150 tickets weeeeeee it better be legendary HA.

Speaking of legendary…… I was home alone and bored ergo I watched 5 consecutive episodes of HOw I met your mother =’(. It was half awesome/pathetic (AND FUNNY LOL). I have to mention this… if you don’t want to watch every episode of every season, you HAVE to watch Ep. 15 season 1. It’s the story of how Barney became such a pimp. I don’t think I LOL’d this much for any show. Yea, believe it.

Sis and I are going to try hot yoga………. hopefully next week. The first week, introductory week is the cheapest so it hooks you in. $20 for 3 sessions in 5 consecutive days. Other times it’s 17$ for DROP IN. Crazy expensive.. hope it’s any good, then I’d try to do it weekly hehe.

I don’t understand the need for kids my age to be buying jeans(or any piece of clothing) from $200-400. That’s ridiculous………. people shouldn’t buy crazy expensive clothing unless

  1. your parents are BALLLINNNNNNNN
  2. you work for you own moola. > which means you can buy whatever they want.
    • The exception to this is kids under 18. You can’t really get ANY job besides the typical fast food working min. wage…. and then you save and save until you make 400 to blow on jeans which will be out of style next year, and then you’d have to buy new ones.
    • 100-150 is a decent amount for a good pair of jeans BUT on the higher end.
    • ask any kid anywhere else and they’d say you’re mad. If you went back in time and ask your *current aged self* living in the 80s they’d say the same.
    • it’s mostly asian people. *points finger*
    • WHERE IS VALUE?
