Dad + car accident????

I always thought that my mom was the reckless driver between my parents. I told my dad about my tutee’s dad getting rearended and the guy who hit him, ran off. Then my dad enlightened me with some “driving” tips(even before I have my L….).

If you get rear ended or hit or whatever don’t move. Stay in the lane even though it will hold everyone up. People will get pissed off and then the police will come. Cause if you move to the side, like tutee’s dad they can drive off.

Oh yes then it lead to his story:

This was before I was born, so 16+ years ago. The hot hot heat = windows rolled down. He was driving then stopped at an intersection and this “white drunk/druggie” came to his side and asked for money. He said he didn’t have any so they got into some sort of a “fight” because the drunk/druggie got angry. I’m not TOO clear on what happened, but I pictured the whitedruggy throwing punches at him and my dad defending himself and possibly returning punches. I may be wrong. And then SOMEHOW the car drifted to the middle of the intersection, someone hit his car.

Again, summer = hot hot heat = people sitting outside on their porches/balconies. Those people said they would be witnesses, as they saw what happened. Got their # and info. Went to ICBC because it was the white guy’s fault. ICBC called the “witnesses” and they said they knew nothing.

Moral of the story is don’t try to resolve anything until the police(*GAG*) come. And according to my dad, don’t trust strangers because they can be total douchebags.

A week later I told my mom that dad told me what happened. She didn’t even know. All she knew was that he had gotten into an accident and their insurance went up.

side note: on the bus, there are ads to become “police officers/RCMP/more stupid synonyms for the some shits”. I would see those often and think “pf useless shits. I would never be friends with one because they’re all douches who believe they have think they have all the authority in the world” and then I saw someone had wrote “FTP” with a marker. Ah that made me happy. fuck the police.

REGRETS

Here are mine:

1. taking math in summer school(2008): it was too fast for me but I still took it. I went to every class even though I knew I was going to repeat it. I should’ve dropped it right then and done something(possibly) useful the rest of my summer.
   • taking the provincial (*SLAPS WRIST*). Why did I take it? It’s not like I was going to do well on it anyways. I didn’t understand the course so what good was it? I can’t believe it. What’s worst is that… WHAT IF unis or w/e see that I’ve done terribly on this course, as well as the provincial. If I were a uni I wouldn’t like the looks of a repeated/failed course either. But maybe they’ll consider that I “put effort into fixing my mistakes” yadda yadda. maybe

   = 70%

   Worst. HS. Mark. EVER!!! Especially in my supposed “best subject” lol

2. being camera shy and not taking pictures when I was younger. Result? I only have a vague idea of what I look like from ages 8-12, because of handful of pictures.
3. how I swore a lot and compulsively when I was gr. 7-8. NUFF SAID. *looks back @ old xanga* … yea… nuff said.

Oh snap. I complied a mental list a while ago but I forget. Will update.

Laundry and Dryer Machine.

I remember summer of 2004. That was when my parents decided to renovate our house(the one I’m living in now).  My parents hired 2 guys to help out with the reno cause we were really, noobs. They were two chinese guys.

My mom told me now that they charged overpriced and they kinda did suck, design and price-wise. I gotta admit our house is eh and would fail in the “nice renovated house” category. It’s just meh. My mom knows that now; now that she’s “more experienced”.

Long story short after we bought our washer and dryer, they stole it. Both of them. What bitches… that was after we finished reno’ing but haven’t moved in yet. They had our key still. Bitches. Who steals a laundry/dryer set and makes it so obvious? Hold on let me find a picture. I think they still sell those.

We did replace it with awesomer washers and dryers. LG and it’s kewl man. It’s the same one as my uncle’s (coincidently)

I just made this category. I’m going to write bits and pieces of my past as I remember them. Heheh.
